The new introduction of these unlimited data plans on the Airtel network would go a long way since many customers have been yearning for something like this for a very long time.
The Airtel network doesn’t seem to boast of many good data plans that are affordable for its customers despite having an extensive list of data plans. With the introduction of the unlimited data plans, there should be positive thinking towards their data plans.
The new data plans are known as Unlimited Ultra Plans. These plans are designed for heavy users/downloaders and for those who use Routers and Outdoor Units (ODU). Airtel also stated that “these plans will offer telecom consumers the freedom to do more and become more productive without worrying about data speed reduction and utilization.”
What are the Airtel unlimited ultra plans?
Airtel customers have four different bundle plans under this category, with all having uncapped speed and applicable Fair Usage Policy (FUP). The Airtel unlimited ultra plans include;
- Unlimited Ultra Weekly – priced at N5,000, consumers can enjoy Unlimited Data for seven days with a FUP of 30GB plus 1GB data daily after FUP.
- Unlimited Ultra Standard – priced at N20,000, consumers can enjoy Unlimited Data for 30 days with a FUP of 130GB plus 3GB data daily after FUP.
- Unlimited Ultra Diamond – priced at N30,000, consumers can enjoy Unlimited Data for 30 Days with a FUP of 210 GB plus 3GB data daily after FUP.
- Unlimited Ultra Platinum – priced at N60,000, consumers can enjoy Unlimited Data for 30 Days with a FUP of 550 GB plus 3GB data daily after FUP.
