Today marked Glo 18th anniversary and to commemorate this major milestone, Globacom is willing to appreciate the millions of customers who have remained loyal to the brand all these years by gifting them airtime and data for free.

In a statement, the company said it has over 50 million subscribers, and its prepaid customers will receive gifts of N200 airtime (six minutes of talk time) to call other Glo subscribers and 200MB of data to surf the Internet.

The firm said, “As we mark the 18th year of operation, we wish to appreciate the support of all our customers and stakeholders, including the government and regulators, for their continued faith in our business to significantly contribute to the sustainable development of the country.”

The company added that it launched Nigeria’s first Per Second Billing system, improving the adoption of telephone in Nigeria.

What to know about Glo 18th anniversary airtime & data

• This anniversary gift of N200 airtime value is given as a one-time benefit to be consumed within 24 hours on the 29th of August 2021.

• To be eligible for the anniversary gift, you must be an active Glo customer and you must have recharged with a cumulative of N200 or more between July and August 16, 2021.
