How to block Access bank ATM card

As an Access bank customer, you only need to dial the number 18005548969 to deactivate your lost debit card or 18005583424 to deactivate your lost credit card. You must dial the number linked to your bank account for this to be possible.

There are two ways to block your GTBank ATM card, you can use either the mobile app or USSD to block your GTBank ATM card. If you choose to use the mobile app, you simply need to;

  • Locate the card section, select Hotlist, insert your card 16 digit number, follow the prompt and click the submit button. Once a pop-up screen asks you confirm the deactivation of your ATM card, you know what to do.
