To avoid going through the hassle of getting any of your SIM cards blocked, you can simply check if your SIM card is properly registered so as to avoid any complications with the SIM blockage. Here’s how to check if your SIM card is properly registered on 9mobile, Airtel, MTN or Glo network.

How to check if your SIM card is properly registered

  • MTN users should dial *789*1#;
  • Airtel users should dial *746#
  • 9mobile users should dial 746 or 200
  • Glo should SMS REG to 746 or 3456

That’s all for checking if your SIM card is properly registered if you find out that it is not well registered, kindly rush down to the nearest center for your network provider and ask them to re-register the SIM card for you.
