Google Play is a digital distribution service operated and developed by Google LLC. It serves as the official app store for the Android operating system, allowing users to browse and download applications developed with the Android software development kit and published through Google. Even as Google keeps improving their app store, it still happens to have a flaw and that is the ability to download an app that is not available in your region.
In case you don’t know, Google Play doesn’t give you all the apps on their store, every app that you see on the Google Play at a time are the only apps that is available for you in your region. For known reasons to them alone, Google knows why they don’t allow all apps to appear in a particular region/country.
This does not dispose the fact that you can’t download any app that you want from the Google Play. In fact, it is very possible to download apps that are not available in your country. With the procedures that I’m going to show you now, you will be able to download apps not available in your country from Google Playstore. Let’s get started!
How to download apps not available in your country from Google Playstore on Android
First of all, make sure you have a good VPN app. I strongly suggest downloading TunnelBear VPN or Sailfish VPN. Once you have any of the VPN I mentioned above or you have a good VPN, go to your phone’s settings.
Scroll down until you see Apps and click on it. Search for Google Play and click on it like you did for the apps. Clear the Cache and/or Data.
Now, launch your VPN app and connect then launch your Google Play app, you would be asked to allow for your data to be accessed, click Allow and search for the app that was not available in your country, you should see that it is now available for you to download.
I hope that after carrying out the procedures, you were able to download the app that was not available in your country. If you find this tutorial helpful, you can use any of the share buttons below to share to your friends. Lastly, don’t forget to leave a comment, thanks.
