People are already calling Truecaller the world’s best Caller ID & spam blocking tool around. Truecaller has an app for Android and iOS users and we can verify that they have over 50 million installs on both platforms combined.

The rate at which fraudulent users are becoming too much in this part of the world is troubling. With this, we must try to take precautionary measures to try and curb out this and try to avoid being defrauded by these people.

With more of the activities now carried out on the internet, we can say that the internet is the fastest and easiest way to defraud someone. We should not also forget that we can be contacted by these fraudulent people via phone calls, and this is where we will place the mind on and try to find a solution.

Earlier on, I made mention of Truecaller, calling it the “world’s best caller ID & spam blocking tool” in the block. Actually, some individuals can agree with me on that. Truecaller has been and is still helping us identify people who call us by showing us their caller ID even if the number has not been saved into your phone book.

250 million people trust Truecaller for their communication needs, whether it’s for caller ID or for blocking spam calls and SMS. It filters out the unwanted and lets you connect with people who matter. In today’s article, I am going to show you how you to identify the Caller ID of a number using Truecaller. Let’s get started.

How to identify the Caller ID of a number using Truecaller

There are two ways by which you can use to identify the caller ID of a number using Truecaller, you can either use the website to do that or download the app into your phone (Android or iOS) and use it. Anyway, it will work fine for you.

1. Using the website

Open your browser, whether on your PC or phone. Type in on your browser’s address bar and click go. When the site finishes loading, tap Sign in as you can see in the screenshot below.

Now that you have signed in, write down the number in the empty space bar just at the top of your screen.
