The Federal Government through the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has directed that all SIM cards must be linked to a National Identification Number (NIN). Failure to do this by December 30, 2020, will result in the line being blocked.

How to link NIN to 9mobile numbers
Dial ∗200∗8# on your 9mobile line, fill in your NIN and send. You can also visit 9mobile.com.ng/nin to link your NIN to your 9mobile line. Lastly, you can confirm if your number has been linked to your NIN number by dialling *346#, then reply with 1.
