Design and Display
You should know that this Infinix Zero 6 won’t disappoint you in terms of body design and beauty. Since most of the newly created smartphone are packing the iPhone XS Max-esque-like notch, why won’t the Infinix Zero 6 do have the same feature. Infinix Zero 6 also becomes the first Infinix smartphone to don a Gorilla Glass-covered front and rear.
The power button is placed alongside the volume button at the side of the device, with the selfie camera, sensor & speaker perfectly poised at the notch. But for those of you who don’t love the notch, you can hide the notch when you configure the settings.
At the back, you have the two cameras lying horizontally at the top hand corner and the LED flash is just lurking beneath it. The fingerprint sensor is placed at the top-middle part, while at base of the smartphone, the speaker cut-out is separated by the Type-C USB port. The Corning Gorilla Glass is protecting a 6.2-inch LCD display that boasts of 1080 x 2160 pixels resolution.
Camera and Battery
The dual camera at the back of the Zero 6 smartphone are equipped with advanced AI technology which will allow the user to capture portrait pictures on the go.
Making this possible are the 24MP and 12MP primary shooters. Having a 20MP front selfie camera is awesome but having an AI-powered selfie camera is just better. The Infinix Zero 6 smartphone is powered by a 3650mAh non-removable battery with Infinix’s XCharge that infuses swift charging speed on the smartphone.
Hardware and Software
For the records, this is the first Infinix device to sport the Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 SoC. The chipset controls fantastic graphics through the Adreno 509 GPU. Its octa-core 1.8GHz Kryo processor delivers real-time multitasking with assistance from a staggering 6GB RAM.
Moving on, the space available for keeping documents and other types of files is the 64GB expandable storage. We expected a Pie OS offering, nonetheless, Infinix opted for the Android Oreo OS topped with its custom XOS skin.
