OnePlus has launched its latest flagship phone, dubbed OnePlus 8T. This mid-range device features a 6.55″ fluid AMOLED display having a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels with a 120Hz refresh rate for seamless scrolling, 240Hz touch sampling rate, HDR10+, and a 20:9 aspect ratio.
The front-facing 16MP selfie camera is fixed-focus but is really good, producing highly detailed and well-balanced images in good and medium-light, with a reasonable portrait mode available too.
The back is a quad-camera setup consisting of a 48MP rear camera with a Sony IMX586 sensor, a 16MP ultra-wide camera, a 5MP macro camera, and a 2MP monochrome lens.
OnePlus 8T is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 to deliver blazing fast speed to power through every task. Optimized for performance, photography, and gaming, do more of what you love in less time. This device happens to be one of the first smartphones to boot Android 11 out of the box based on OxygenOS 11.
OnePlus 8T is available in 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB models as they both come in Aquamarine Green, Lunar Silver colors. A 4500 mAh battery powers the device with Warp Charge 65W support to fully charge the phone in 39 minutes.
OnePlus 8T will be available in India first with early access sales starting on OnePlus.in and Amazon.in on October 16. Open sales commence on the following day. The prices are INR 43,000 for 8/128 GB and INR 46,000 for 12/256 GB.
The next stop is Europe on October 20, and prices will start at €600/£550 for the 8/128 GB phone, the 12/256 GB one is €700/£650.
