Tecno has silently launched the Camon 18i, a rebadged model of the older Tecno Camon 17. This launch comes after the debut of its siblings Camon 18, Camon 18 Premier, and Camon 18P.
The Tecno Camon 18i shares so many specs as the Camon 17 sports a 6.6-inch display with a 1600 x 720-pixel resolution having a 90Hz refresh rate as well as a dot notch by the side. The back has a triple-camera setup having a 48MP main lens, a QVGA depth shooter and a dedicated AI lens while there is a 16MP selfie camera.
Under the hood is a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with a Mali G52 GPU paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 512GB using a Micro SD.
Powering this device is a 5,000 mAh battery having 18W fast charging support. The Camon 18i device is yet to get listed on the company’s website but it is available in the region and priced at N84,500(~$189).
