WhatsApp by Facebook has introduced a new way to add contacts with ease using QR codes as this is just one of the many features the social media messenger is set to roll out over the next few weeks.
The use of QR codes on WhatsApp is not new to many as before now, the QR codes feature can be used to help you log in to your WhatsApp account on a desktop computer. The new feature of adding contacts by scanning a person’s QR code would go a long way for the brand however, this feature might not be what would get your attention.
